Guarantee, Liability, and Claims We give no warranty, expressed or implied, to customer or any third party as to life, description, quality, productiveness, merchantability, or fitness for purpose beyond the description of the plants as true to name, being properly grown and graded. We will replace at our nursery any stock that proves to be otherwise or refund purchase price. We will be anxious to correct any error made by us, but in no case will our liability exceed the purchase price. All orders are accepted on condition that they be void should we have an error in count or injury to stock from causes beyond our control. We positively give no guarantee or survival of plant material after plants are accepted from dock or carrier.
