The Arizona Opportunities Industrialization Center was founded and incorporated as an OICA Affiliate in April, 1967 as a private, non-profit community based organization designed to address the critical employ-ability needs of Phoenix's economically disadvantaged and ethnic minority citizens.
Deeply rooted in its Faith-Based origins for more than 42 years, Arizona OIC – a 501(c)(3) organization - operates innovative employment programs and successfully provides training to the unemployed and under-employed residents of Phoenix.
