Each life saved touches other lives, families, and communities in the Delaware region. BCCS saves lives. We help people recover from mental illness and addiction, and reduce their HIV risk. Our behavioral health services benefit the entire Delaware community, from our most vulnerable populations through to baby boomers heading towards retirement. We have an impressive selection of services and core program offerings that fall under one of four critical areas of care: Prevention, Education, Treatment and Advocacy. Our programs are comprehensive and accessible, personalized and result-oriented. We address the needs of all members of our community.

BCCS is a tight-knit professional team of physicians, psychologists, licensed mental health practitioners and social workers, registered and licensed practical nurses, dual diagnosis counselors (CCDP) and certified alcohol and drug counselors providing integrated, multi-disciplinary care on behalf of our clients.

BCCS has seven sites throughout the state of Delaware. Over 2,000 individuals age 18 or over are enrolled in a BCCS program. The organization reaches thousands more a year through its well-known Education and Prevention programs.
