Hearing Services and Hearing Aid Center was established in 1986 by Dr. Jill Howard Dotson. Dr. Howard was born and raised in Union Grove, NC. She graduated from North Iredell High School and then went on to East Carolina University where she received a bachelor degree in Speech Language and Auditory Pathology. From there she went to University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received her masters in Audiology. She then went to the Arizona School of Health Sciences and earned her doctorate. She is the past president of the AAANC (American Academy of Audiology in North Carolina). She is the audiologist and owner at Hearing Services and Hearing Aid Center.
