With great pride and conviction I opened the doors of my own law firm in 2008. I received a degree from Albany Law School of Union University where I concentrated my studies in the area of Business Law. Previous to attending law school I received a degree, cum laude, from Queens College, City University of New York, and was elected to the Pi Sigma Alpha and Golden Key Honor Societies. I am active in the New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, Boston Bar Association and the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association.
I am admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Massachusetts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Seventh Circuits. I have successfully represented clients before the New York State Supreme Court, Family Court and Criminal Court. I have represented clients before the Department of Homeland Security, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigration Courts and the Federal Courts.
