Assisted Living, also known as Personal Care, is a congregate living/housing arrangement that provides support and supervision services to residents on a 24 hour basis. it is NOT a nursing home. The emphasis in Assisted Living is to maintain and enhance the current daily living skills of residents, enabling them to function in as safe and independent a manner as is safely possible.
We offer reasonable rates* (NO move in fees) and can provide references upon request. We are also cat and dog friendly. We believe that interaction with animal companions offers both mental and physical therapeutic benefits. We currently have six "professional" lap cats and two fun-loving dogs ready to love a new family member. Because Hamilton House is a real home there is always something going on, whether it be a day trip to West Yellowstone to the daily trip to Livingston to visit wildlife at Sacajawea Park.
* Hamilton House is a Medicaid provider through the Community Home Based Waiver program, but only accepts a limited number of residents.
