Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) is a Community Action Agency (CAA) founded in 1965 to serve the citizens of southern Indiana, primarily in Crawford, Harrison, Perry and Spencer Counties.
We currently provide services in 14 counties in Southern Indiana.
