Route 66 Motor Speedway is a high-banked clay oval 3/8 mile track. We run six classes of race cars including sprint cars, modifieds, limited modifieds, street stocks, limited late models and tuners. We provide a family-friendly atmosphere with full concessions and souvenir shop. We run from early May through late August each year, excluding holiday weekends. Plenty of parking is available with access for handicap and 18-wheelers. The track is located east of town 1-1/2 miles south of I-40 on Lakeside. Gates open at 5:30 pm, races start at 7.
