We specialize in 24 hr Service of Commercial Refrigeration, Commercial & Residential Air Conditioning & Heating also provide New Equipment Installations or Equipment Change-outs. Our clients range from Grocery Stores, Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Property Management Companies, Cell Phone Towers, Apartment Buildings, Medial Surgery Centers, Churches, Office Buildings and Personal Residences or Rental Properties.
We offer unique solutions to individual problems. Not only do we come to "fix" a problem when something fails, we try to determine the "cause" of the failure. This may prevent future failures of a similar nature.
When either installing a new piece of equipment or replacing a failed heater, air conditioner or refrigeration unit, we perform a heat load/heat loss calculation to insure the properly sized piece of equipment is installed. This insures maximum efficiency of the equipment and maximum comfort for the client. Over-sized equipment can be just as bad as undersized equipment. Meaning if an A/C is too large it can cool a building to quickly without removing the humidity. This is a cool & clamy space. Heat load/loss calculations are very simply a view of the complete envelope of the conditioned space. For example in an A/C & Heat application the entire building is reviewed, taking into consideration the
1. Design Conditions:
Outdoor temps Summer & Winter(105/-10) & indoor temps S&W (68/75)
2. Infiltration or outside air or fresh air requirements
3. Whether it is a HP or Gas Furnace, Location & r-value of insulation of ducts
4. Cubic foot of space, Location of walls (N,S,E,W), R-value of walls, Windows Size and Type of window construction, Door Size & type, Floor construction, Ceiling space & Insulation Values
5. People in space, activity levels, Equipment in space ( Computers, kitchen equipment
6. Fireplace & it's construction.
This is all done on a report that is available to the homeowner or Building Owner, giving confidence that the equipment installed will do the job
