The E Builders Story: Early In the spring of 2004 two long time friends Nate Larsen and Cory Olsen started visualizing an innovative, dynamic, and efficient home building service that they believed could revolutionize an industry.
In May 2005 E Builders became a reality. Based on a simple idea that the home building process should be economical, efficient, and easy. We simply call this the "E" Factor. The E factor is what drives E Builders to become the number one home builder for equity and efficiency. The E factor is the central strand of our DNA, it's what drives everything we do. E Builders was founded by Cory Olsen and Nathan Larsen, both have roots in residential building construction dating back to the late eighties. In Early 2007 Clint Hales joined E Builders as an experienced project superintendant, Clint quickly proved to be an irreplaceable asset to the company and in January 2010 he joined Cory and Nate as the third partner on the E Builders executive team.
