The Rheem Pro Partner Contractors is a group of elite independently owned heating and cooling contractors that was formed in Denver in 1992. The goal of this group was to become the most thoroughly trained professionals in the industry and raise the bar for the HVAC service and installation. While the advertising message was home comfort, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, Comfort Air Distributing, the Colorado/Wyoming Rheem Distributor, began working with contractors on service and installation training and certifications. To be a Rheem Top Contractor designate, contractors had to become licensed and EPA certified. Their technicians had to be reliable and professional, this included working toward becoming NATE certified. All current Rheem Team members offer free on-site evaluations/ bids and have NATE certified technicians who guarantee 100% satisfaction upon completion of the job.
The concept caught on and soon became the national theme for Rheem, giving individual contractors the strength of a national organization behind them. Today, Rheem Pro Partner Contractors have an extensive knowledge of Rheem products and the industry in general and still make customer satisfaction the #1 priority.
