Partner Program

Over the past 20 years, SOVA has developed strong relationships with the world’s leading telecommunications carriers. Building on our carrier relationships, we have developed a long-standing Partner Program based on professional support, flexibility and integrity. Our experienced and engaged staff is equipped with the tools to provide you with technical support, timely quotes and efficient post installation support. Our focus is on your success.

Our agent portal, AgentView, gives you access to your clients’ order status, provisioning and carrier notes, and commission status and history. You can view your orders by order date, installation date or one of several other status categories.

SOVA’s FastTrack commission program, which is available to larger agents and telesales call centers, enables you to receive preliminary commission payment within three days of SOVA’s receipt of payment from a carrier. The FastTrack payment is followed by a detailed commission report and final commission payment on the 15th of each month. We’re proud of our record of paying commissions on time every month since our inception in 1992.

Agent Program

Telesales

SOVA is a Master Telesales Agent for Verizon, Verizon Mass Market and Verizon Business. As a SOVA telesales agent, you’ll receive:

- Competitive compensation schedule
- FastTrack commission payments (Payment within 3 days of SOVA’s receipt of funds from Carrier)
- Access to carrier systems for easy quoting, order entry and reporting.
- On-site carrier product training and SOVA system training
- Access to carrier-generated sale lead lists
- Continual updates on carrier products, pricing and promotions
- Order and commission tracking done by our proprietary software database, AgentView
- Ongoing support from our dedicated back-office team
