Sustainable Design: As a firm that believes in the importance of being sensitive to the environment, we tirelessly advocate the use of Sustainable Design practices. We design our buildings to meet LEED and CHPS (Collaborative High Performance Schools) standards whenever possible. Some of our recent projects of note are: The Folsom-Dore Housing project in San Francisco, which is silver-rating LEED Certified, and the Markham Elementary School in Oakland, which is designed with CHPS standards.
