Verarose Muir & Company, Inc. is a local accounting firm located in the Ponte Vedra, Florida area. We have been in business for 37 years and currently provide services for over 600 clients throughout the United States. Our Services:

• Accounting/Bookkeeping – We are Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors and provide quick and accurate services. We can accomplish in 15 hours what an in-house bookkeeper would require 40 hours to complete. Our current bookkeeping fee is $85 per hour. You need only to supply us with your login information for your bank accounts; credit card and/or bank statements and we can take care of all of your bookkeeping needs.

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable - We are able to print checks in our office and mail them directly to your vendors and employees. If you have your checks forwarded to our firm, we can also deposit your income into the bank. We will provide you with weekly accounts receivable and accounts payable reports. Also, if needed, our firm can also provide collection services for you.

• Payroll & Sales Tax – We are able to pay your monthly, quarterly or annual payroll and sales tax liability as well as filing all required reports. This includes Federal Forms 940, 941 and state unemployment and withholding reports.

• Business & Individual Tax Return – Our firm can prepare both your business and individual returns so there is no need for you to transfer your information to another tax return preparer. We also prepare returns for Partnerships/LLCs, Nonprofits, and Trusts.

• Financial Planning - We can assist in the decision making process for any large purchases or investments. We also can take care of both Personal and Business budgeting, forecasting and planning. If there is an increase or decrease in your income, we can also estimate your tax liability so you can pay to avoid any penalties and interest.

• Government Correspondence - If you are in receipt of any notices from the IRS or your state government, we can prepare responses to resolve the tax matter for you.

• Opening and Closing Your Business – We can process all necessary forms to create a Corporation or LLC as well as setting up the most efficient bookkeeping system for your business. If you decide to close your business, we can file all the final tax returns and payroll forms, set up accounts for paying payroll and sales and use tax.
