Our History
Morland’s is a family-owned company that was founded in 1984 by Jerry Morland. Since being founded, we have grown to be a full service HVAC company servicing residential and light commercial customers. Over the years, continued education and highly selective employment has helped us to offer geothermal and oil furnace solutions that even the biggest competitors cannot. Today, highly experienced technicians and office personnel comprise the Morland Heating and Air Conditioning family (both literally and figuratively).
Our Goal
Our two part goal is simple. 1) Provide high quality products and services. 2) Do it at a fair price.
For Morland’s, providing the best quality goods and services isn’t good enough. While many companies preach quality, we utilize modern and proven business practices to make it happen. The same systematic continuous improvement system that has set apart companies in the auto and healthcare industries is in full swing at Morland’s, and there are hands-down no other HVAC companies doing it in this area (possibly anywhere). Every step of the way, we do everything we can to deliver value to the customer. While the scale is much smaller, our way of doing business ensures that no matter how busy or big we may get, quality will only get better.
