The initial appointment consists of you meeting the doctors and staff. We firmly believe in providing a comfortable environment for you and encourage you to share any concerns or questions with us.

We fully understand that most people avoid dental treatment because of different reasons such as fear of pain, injections, or simply uncertainty as to what is required to maintain dental health.

We know that 99% of dental disease is preventable and we are available to coach you and help you achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. Once you are comfortable with us we proceed to collecting information including but not limited to necessary x-rays (both bitewings to detect cavities, and panorex for detection of dental problems and cancer screening), gum and bone exam, oral cancer exam, existing dental restorations (fillings, crowns, bridges, etc.) and pathology which will help us provide the best treatment for you. The doctors then review this information and present you today or at your next visit with a plan of possible treatment options and recommendations which will help you achieve and maintain optimal dental health.

If you didn't already fill out our registraton forms on-line, please arrive fifteen minutes early to allow time to do it in our office. We would like to ask you, that you also bring a list of medications you are taking.

When you make an appointment the time that we set aside for you is your time only. We see our patients individually and value your time. We ask that you also respect our time. If you unable to keep your appointment please notify us at least two bussines days in advance.

For all patients including our Emergency New Patients we offer same day pain relief as long as our schedule permits. We encourage you to call our office and we will do all we can to see you in a timely manner.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial visit:

Driver’s license, dental insurance, and social security card, for general identification and for us to process your insurance claims.

Recent X-rays if applicable.

A list of medications you are presently taking.
