Dr. Provencher attended Pacific University and received his Doctor of Optometry in 1979 and Master of Science in Clinical Optometric Management in 1993. After serving 20 years in the Army, he moved to Fort Collins and opened EyeCare for You in 2001. Dr. Provencher has over 30 years of clinical experience as a doctor of optometry and is committed to providing the highest level of individualized care.
