Fresh Cut Produce & Grab & Go Our fresh cut processing facility offers a variety of ready to go products, saving you time and labor. We dice, chop, shred and slice hundreds of fruits and vegetables, including USDA certified organic. We also make ready made Grab & Go items and salad kits to stock your shelves with easy sale items. We’ll even print customized labels specific to your business, helping to promote your brand.
Sustainability We are proud to participate in and support Greener Fields Together. Through this program, Pacific Coast Fruit Company helps local farms and restaurants adopt sustainable practices from seed to fork. We work with our business partners to help them systematically evolve into more sustainable, eco-driven companies. By working together toward more responsible agricultural production, distribution and resource management, we ensure safety and sustainability for generations to come. We continuously look for ways to improve how we operate our business, and have implemented a responsible waste management system and reduced our power consumption by partnering with PermaCold, PGE, and the Energy Trust of Oregon.
Safety Our USDA inspected value added processing facility operates with a HACCP Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points program and microbial testing is regularly conducted in to ensure the safety of our salads, sandwiches and pre-cut produce. Our scores on third party and Military audits are on public record as some of the highest in the industry. We also regularly test our recall management protocol keeping this vital link to food safety in top working order so you can be assured you are receiving the highest quality product available in the market.
