“Pride and Prejudice” – September 2017: 29th, 30th, October 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th Mrs. Bennett is determined to get her daughters married. Jane, Elizabeth and Lydia are likely-looking girls in a period when a woman’s one possible career was matrimony. To be a wife was success. Anything else was failure.
