COPC provides non-denominational ministry and support to over 2,000 Emergency Services personnel, their families and the public throughtout Deschutes, Jefferson & Crook Counties. COPC Chaplains are called upon to assist local emergency responders with on scene support for all crisis interventions such as death notifications, suicides, shootings, drownings, motor vehicle accidents and other traumatic incidents.
