Shafer Vineyards is known for its signature wine, "Hillside Select," a 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from its Hillside Estate Vineyards in Napa Valley's Stags Leap District. Shafer also produces a Cabernet called "One Point Five," as well as a Chardonnay from Napa Valley's Carneros District called "Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay," a proprietary red blend called "TD-9", and a blend of Syrah and Petite Sirah called "Relentless."
