Innovative Cooling & Energy Solutions Inc. started with the vision of providing comprehensive commercial/industrial HVAC service with the most talented technicians in the industry. Maintenance and service contracts have always been the focus with an emphasis on energy savings. Through the years we have expanded our force in the industry to include equipment design and replacement, vibration and oil analysis, retrofits and building automation. Innovative Cooling can provide custom maintenance programs to fit any need as well as onsite facility staffing.

Innovative Cooling was founded on May 1, 2013 by Michael Henry and Mark Poland, two lifelong friends who always had a dream of owning an elite commercial HVAC company. It has been a story book tale of events since inception. Mike and mark expected to be relatively small and were not sure how a new service company in such a large market would be accepted. Starting from Mike’s garage the company grew beyond what the owners or anyone else expected in a very short period. Mike and Mark are very hesitant to take any of the credit for success; they owe it all to the people within the business. “We knew that if we obtained the very best people who had unmatched integrity, morals and capabilities we would succeed” says Mike. Innovative Cooling also owes so much to their valued customers, who are more than that; they are long term partners and friends. “The vision is clear, continue to stick to our original philosophy and Innovative Cooling will be the number one HVAC service provider in North Texas” says Michael.
