The Edelweiss is a cultural organization founded in 1958 for the purpose to preserve the German language and traditions through costumes and customs. The motto of the Edelweiss shall is: "SITT UND TRACHT DER ALTEN WOLLEN WIR ERHALTEN." Translation: "Tradition and Costumes of the old, we shall uphold." Our OUTDOOR pavilion is located at 17832 Highway 8 in Morrison Colorado, a 60 acre parcel near the red rock amphitheater and provides a wonderful backdrop for a wedding reception. Set up the volleyball net and horseshoes and have company picnic.
