Attorney Joyce Kitchens is a founding member of Kitchens, New & Cleghorn, LLC. Ms. Kitchens graduated from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Following law school, she served as a staff attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs where she was promoted to Assistant District Counsel. She defended the agency in cases involving claims of employment discrimination, personal injury, medical malpractice, and contract disputes.

Atlanta Attorney Randy New is the Managing Member of Kitchens, New & Cleghorn, LLC. An Atlanta, GA native, Mr. New received a from Emory University in 1976. After teaching High School in Atlanta for three years, he attended Emory Law School, was named Articles Editor of the Emory Law Journal, and graduated with a with Distinction in 1982. He currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Emory Law School.

Atlanta Attorney Jeffery Cleghorn is a Named Partner with the law firm of Kitchens, New & Cleghorn, LLC. Mr. Cleghorn heads the firm’s family law practice.
