The GEORGE T. PFLEGER CENTER, one of CRI-HELP's two residential treatment programs, is in the North Hollywood area of the San Fernando Valley. Located on a four-acre campus, the recently constructed 4-story main building contains forty dorm-style rooms, each comfortably accommodating three individuals. An elevator functions to provide access to all floors. This facility was successfully designed for 24-hour supervised living for residents. It includes a large dining area that doubles as a house meeting room, recreation and entertainment rooms, classrooms, computer lab, literacy library, group therapy rooms, an exercise room and a circular meditation tower. The expansive outdoor area includes basketball/volleyball court large patio and a running track. The PFLEGER CENTER also houses a 15-bed Residential Detoxification unit overseen by a Registered Nurse and 24-hour staff supervision.

Its sister program is SOCORRO, is located in the Lincoln Heights area of East Los Angeles. Long recognized for its response to the need for services in Los Angeles' Latino communities, SOCORRO has provided quality residential treatment services in Spanish and in English for more than 24 years.

SOCORRO is located on a full square block property in East Los Angeles, less than a mile east of L. A. County / USC Hospital. The recently acquired and renovated single-story main building contains thirty-eight dorm-style rooms, each comfortably accommodating three individuals. This facility was successfully designed and is licensed for 24-hour supervised living for residents. It includes individual counseling and group therapy rooms, a large dining area that doubles as a house meeting room, recreation and entertainment rooms, a classroom, computer lab, literacy library, and an outdoor gym area. The expansive outdoor area includes basketball/volleyball court large patio and a running track. In addition to providing recreational space for residents, the large outdoor area serves as a place for neighborhood sales or community gatherings.
