Creative Community Living Services, Inc. was founded over 40 years ago by four men who believed that every individual has the right to live, work and enjoy life in their community. Starting with an eight-bed home in Madison, CCLS has grown to serve almost 800 people in Wisconsin with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities, mental illness, traumatic brain injuries and aging concerns in a wide variety of individualized, person-centered community settings.
Since its inception, CCLS has grown with the many changes in long term care supports for Wisconsin residents. When change is the only constant, flexibility, creativity and innovation become keywords for providing a strong foundation for individuals to build futures in their community.
Covering much of Wisconsin, CCLS offers a broad menu of community supports to meet your personal outcomes and life goals.
