Power of Fitness is a full service, privately owned,13,000 facility located in the Costco Shopping Center in Palm Desert. We have a full range of weight lifting and cardio machines.
We offer personal training, TRX, Zumba, spin, dance, total body challenge, stretch and tone, circuit training, yoga classes, the SilverSneakers® Fitness program and we have on-site child care.
In addition, we have a Certified Sports Nutritionist on staff who offers free consultations to all of our members in an effort to help our members see better workout results faster.
In addition our nutritionist offer sports nutrition, weight loss and nutrition classes as well as group programs such as the biggest loser, group weight loss, individual weight loss, personal nutrition coaching and nutrition seminars.
