In addition to our Jacksonville, Florida, headquarters, we operate 12 support locations throughout the United States and have offices in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, China and Puerto Rico. We also serve Central and South America, Europe and India.

COMMERCIAL – We have designed and constructed commercial facilities for some of the nation’s largest corporations, institutions and organizations. Our award-winning facilities include automotive dealer showrooms, service centers and offices; Department of Defense facilities such as military exchanges and lodging facilities for military personnel; office complexes and corporate headquarter buildings; schools, universities and other educational facilities; strip malls and retail centers; country clubs, marinas, golf course facilities and hotels; churches and other faith-based facilities; and healthcare facilities such as medical office buildings, clinics and outpatient centers.

DISTRIBUTION & LOGISTICS – We are a recognized leader in designing and building distribution facilities and warehouses of virtually every type, including dry, low-temperature, light industrial and fully automated facilities. For more than two decades, we have served companies across the distribution industry, from refrigerated warehousing, to wholesale, foodservice, retail and manufacturing. We operate a full-service corporate office in China, building distribution facilities for international distributors operating in the country.

FOOD & BEVERAGE – We have focused on the food-and-beverage industry since our beginning in 1985, designing and building processing facilities throughout the world. Our experience includes all food-and-beverage segments, including bakery, beef, pork, beverage, dairy, poultry and ready-to-eat / prepared foods. We operate a full-service corporate office in China, providing international food-and-beverage manufacturers the same food-and-beverage expertise they’ve come to expect from us in the , delivered by professionals who understand the Chinese market, culture and business practices.

REFRIGERATION SERVICES – We are one of the worldwide leaders in the engineering, fabrication, installation and servicing of a range of refrigeration and mechanical systems. We self-perform every critical task related to refrigeration systems of every type, including ammonia, CO2, HCFC, glycol and other refrigerants.

THERMAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES – We are a national leader in the entire range of thermal construction services, from design and engineering through installation and maintenance. Our services include insulated metal wall, ceiling and roof panels, insulated metal-panel ductwork systems, insulated floors, cold-storage doors, roofing systems, and total vapor-barrier integrity.
