Columbia Industries helps people with disabilities and other barriers to employment achieve their highest employment potential. This allows them to achieve self-sufficiency and contribute to the productivity of our community.
Columbia Industries has five areas of services, known as our ‘family of services.’ Our staff in CI Employment Services work with people with disabilities to provide vocational training and community job placement.
CI Solutions is our assembly center where people with disabilities are employed and work on assembly projects like railroad lanterns and welding hoods.
We provide day services for individuals with disabilities at CI Community Center, where members enjoy social interaction through classes, games, activities and field trips.
We currently employ 12 people with disabilities at CI Federal Building, where we provide janitorial and ground maintenance services to the Richland Federal Building.
CI Information Management provides document shredding and records storage services to the Tri-Cities and beyond, which provides revenue to support our mission-based services.
