Good Cents Advertising / Katy Living co-op publication is an 8 1/2” x 11” full color piece printed on high gloss paper in a magazine format. It is unique in it’s layout in that we are exclusively advertisers. Your message does not get lost in the pages of printed text. The recipients of our mail piece keep our publication longer because they refer to it often when they get ready to go out or need the services of one of our many advertisers. The advertiser may choose different size ads. Our custom artwork, design, pictures, printing and postage are all included in one low rate. We have several zones to choose from with different distributions. Our co-op publication mails every two months in each zone.

Individual Postcard Services

Individual postcards are printed full color on both sides with heavy card stock. This is a highly effective format to target your specific customer base. We will work with you on your design, the message you wish to convey and custom select the homes or businesses you wish to target. Direct mail postcards are easy and effective no matter how small or large your business. Our designs and experience with the United States Post Office helps us keep your postage costs to a minimum, maximizing results.
