VINE has provided services to older adults and their family caregivers in Blue Earth and Nicollet Counties in south central Minnesota since 1995. VINE coordinates volunteers and services to assist people with long-term health needs or difficult life circumstances enabling them to maintain their human dignity and the greatest possible level of independence.
