At VanDerGinst Law we feel that to be the best attorneys and legal representatives for our clients requires an ethical and responsible application of the law. We take our ethical duties seriously.

As attorneys and legal professionals our ethical responsibilities are very demanding. We have an ethical obligation to represent our clients zealously and within the boundaries of law and the rules of professional conduct. In addition to many other things, those rules
dictate that we be competent, prompt, communicative and diligent.

As members of VanDerGinst Law, we hold ourselves to an even higher ethical standard. We treat our clients the way we would want to be treated if we were in their position. Of course, we must serve them respectfully, competently and diligently. But, more importantly, we must be compassionate and patient. We know that clients are likely facing a very intimidating and frustrating situation to which they are not accustomed. We must hold the hands of our clients along this journey and ensure that they understand each step along the way.

We also have an ethical and moral responsibility to the communities we serve, many of whom put their trust in us and their fates in our hands each day. Our mission is to serve people in the courtroom and outside the courtroom. Outside the courtroom we give back to the community as many ways as possible. Our primary focus is on helping those least able to help themselves: the injured and the infirm, the elderly and children. In addition, we assist those to whom we all owe a debt of gratitude: teachers, veterans and the military, and first responders.

If we do GOOD, we will do WELL.
