Please be advised that the Leasing Office will be closing at 2pm on Sunday, December 31st. The office will remain closed on Monday, January 1, in observance of the holiday. SNOW REMOVAL POLICY ***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*** December 2017 Dear Resident(s), The winter season is now upon us. Its arrival brings problems and extra work for all of us. Working together we can minimize the dangers it may bring and the inconveniences that accompany them. We will make every attempt to have the main roads and parking lots, throughout the property plowed, prior to the time most residents leave for work in the morning. In addition to the roadways being cleared, we will strive to have the front entrances cleared as well. We ask that you use caution when walking to your car. In addition, please be mindful when parking your vehicle, do not allow your vehicle to overhang on the sidewalk, this interferes with the passage of snow blowers. When clearing the snow off of your car, please do not push the snow onto the cleared walkways and spaces. After the snow stops; the following 8AM will mark the beginning of the parking lot clean-up. For example, if the snow stops at 5AM the clean-up begins three hours later. If the snow stops at 4PM the clean-up begins the next morning at 8AM. To do this efficiently, we have attached a map of the property showing the schedule we will be striving for. Please be aware of the timeframe your parking area will be cleared out so that you can move your vehicle to any of the other areas not scheduled during your timeframe and move it back afterwards. Please note that any vehicle left in the lot and not moved to allow the lots and spaces to be cleared will be towed at the owner’s expense. If your vehicle is towed, please contact the Weymouth Police Department at 781-335-1212 to find your vehicle’s location. For those residents that do not take their vehicle to work, please park in front by the rental office or in an area that has already been cleared out and retrieve your vehicle when you get home that night. Our staff will clear the snow from building rear entrances after all the main entrances are complete. We ask that your use your front entrances. Please notify the Leasing Office at (781) 335-2626 or the Maintenance Office at (781) 331-8500 if you notice an icy area or any other condition that requires attention. Sincerely, J.P.
