Root, as a poultry auction, Root's Country Market & Auction has grown over the years to include 2 auctions and 150-225 independent farmers, food stands, and merchants. in 2005, Root's Country Market acquired a neighboring flea market to continue as Root's Old Mill Flea Market. Started in 1983, ROMFM offers merchandise from 150 antiques and flea market dealers every Tuesday as part of the weekly Tuesday market activity on the Root's market grounds.
