While the teaming of a developer with a general contractor is not a new one, this relationship provides an innovative combination of speed, cost efficiency, design-build concepts, and complete client satisfaction. EM Construction LLC is the construction arm performing all construction and maintenance, including our special and small projects division.

Design-build is team-approach contracting, with single-point responsibility. Essentially, the same entity both designs and constructs the facility. Today design-build is the dominant method of project delivery for non-residential construction in the United States. Project owners have found significant advantages resulting from the design-build method as compared to the traditional process of design-bid-build.

The scope of the construction work completed spans from 200,000+ SF warehouses, Class A office buildings, manufacturing facilities, banks, equestrian, planned industrial/office parks, and commercial. We have delivered projects for our clients via plan/spec, construction management and design/build. Many of our clients are repeat customers that we travel with both regionally and nationally.
