Dr. Gary Moore graduated from Liberty University in 1984 with a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Theology. He has worked with the GPA since 1987. Dr. Moore and his family began to serve the Lord as a full time missionary in the country of Wales, where he remained until 1993. Dr. Moore was the first missionary to be sent out of the Gospel Preacher Association. Later, Dr. Moore became the Welsh Director of Missions for the GPA. Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Moore became the pastor of Nottingham Missionary Baptist Church and GPA vice president.
