Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow is a family title insurance agency, successor to Stone County Abstract & Title Company and Tri-Lakes Title Company. Originally incorporated in 1963 by Kenneth R. Babbit and Cathryn Ann Babbit, the company today operates under the combined leadership of Stephen C. Babbit and Theresa Babbit Manlove. The third generation, represented by Stephana Babbit Bekebrede, Cory S. Mayberry and James S. H. Babbit have now joined the company. Tri-Lakes Title & Escrow is an active member of both the American Land Title Association and Missouri Land Title Association. The Company represents Agents National Title Insurance Company.
