Mountain Property Management, Ltd. has been in business in Park City, Utah for over Twenty Five years. We have always specialized in long term leasing, meaning a minimum of six months, but usually twelve months or more. We currently handle close to one hundred thirty homes and condominiums. Our properties range from studios, which rent for approximately $ per month to luxury homes for $5, per month. Our main objective is protect the interest of the Owners and fulfill the needs of our Tenants. Recently we have expanded our services to include 2nd home management which caters to the special needs of vacation home homeowners as well as full service Homeowners Association property management.

We pride ourselves in knowing we have responsible tenants. We require first, last, and security deposits and also do full credit and background checks. This insures our Owners we are doing our best to screen and get the best tenants that will respect and care for their property. We also do periodic inspections to insure the properties are being kept in good condition.
Becky Wilde, Owner/Broker, is a native of Utah and has been in the Real Estate business for over ten years.
