Everything needs to be pressed/wrinkle free, clean/odor free/no smoke,lint/pet hair free and on a hanger. If we have to touch up anything it will be a 10% less commission. We will keep it for two months. The first month it will stay regular price the second month it will be 40% OFF. You will get 40% commission on whatever the clothes sell for. Designer Handbags are a 50/50 Split. Clothes that have not sold will be donated to the women's shelter. Any high end designer pieces will be returned. Looking for sizes 10 and up! Name brands preferred. No WALMART,KMART,TARGET brands please.
