For your convenience, we will provide you with a ride to work, back home, or to the train station if it is within 2 miles of our shop. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible at the most reasonable rates. We provide a 90 day or 3,000 mile (whichever comes first) limited warranty for the services provided. History:
My grandfather, Bennett Nofsinger, started operating the Shell Service Station on Roosevelt Road and Meyers Road in Lombard 55 years ago. When he retired, my father, Ronald Nofsinger, took over the business and continued to sell gas and repair cars until 1985. I started working for my dad when I was 16 years old. When my dad decided to get out of auto repair and build a car wash at the Shell Station, my wife and I opened Nofsinger's Auto Repair, Inc. at 555 E. St. Charles Rd., Lombard and continued a 55 year family tradition of auto repair. This year we are celebrating our 25th year in business thanks to all of our loyal customers.


Meet the Business Owner: Mark Nofsinger
I have been in the auto repair industry since I was 16 years old. I started working for my dad at his Shell Station pumping gas and fixing cars. I learned to be an auto mechanic in Glenbard East High School's vocational program called VICA. I won a scholarship to Bailey Technical vocational school in St. Louis, Missouri which I attended following high school. I also served on the Chrysler Arbitration Board in 1994 and 1995. I have been an ASE certified mechanic for over 25 years.
