The Markantonis family of Belmont has owned and operated Brothers Pizza since 1979. We have always strived to be innovative and progressive and in keeping with this approach, we have made some great changes and improvements. We're new again with a new name too! Enjoy our menu of old favorites and Greek inspired specialties along with our new Wine Bar and Coal Fired Pizza Oven!
Why Coal? The coal we use to bake your pizza is anthracite, one of the cleanest burning and eco-friendly fuels on earth, mined using eco-conscious procedures. The oven temperature tops 900 degrees which is much higher than traditional or wood fired ovens. This allows us to lock in a wealth of flavor while producing perfectly charred texture to our pizzas and other authentic creations.
