Sunday School Sunday School for all children through 5th grade begins at 10:00 following the church service and ends at 10:45 every Sunday. It is here that we teach our children the great stories that have been passed down for thousands of years. Stories of God's love and forgiveness. Stories that are at the heart of all we believe.
There is also an adult group that meets after church. You are never to old to stop learning.
Confirmation Confirmation is a special time in the life of all Lutheran youth, as they learn about God and grow in their faith as they work towards affirming their baptism and becoming full members of our Church family. Here they will learn the stories of the Bible and how they are relevant to their lives today. Grades 6-8 meet every Wednesday at 5:15.
Youth Group Our Youth Group meets the first and third Wednesday of every month from 5-6 pm. Here the youth engage is discussing their faith as well as just having a lot of fun. Music Choir rehearsals are on Wednesdays at 7:00. during the school year. Our director/pianist is Linda Huntington. All are invited to join us. No experience necessary! There are also opportunities to provide instrumental or vocal special music selections at any of our worship services. Come make a joyful noise unto the Lord!
Men's Bible Study/Support Group Each Friday at 6:45am, the men meet for fellowship and study at the church. The coffee pot is on. Come join us!
Women of the ELCA The WELCA group meets on the second Tuesday morning of each month at 9:00 at Spring Valley Retirement Community. We begin with a Bible Study from the GATHER magazine followed by a business meeting. Call the church office if you need directions or a ride. All are invited to attend!
