Since founding KIL-CON, Inc. in 2000, James Killion has became licensed as a Septic Tank Pumping Contractor as well as a licensed Septic Installer in Illinois, an Advanced Septic Installer in Missouri and Spent two terms on the board of directors of the Onsite Wastewater Professionals of Illinois and currently serving as Onsite Wastewater Professionals of IL. President, and was formerly Vice President. James is also currently the manufacturers representative for the Southern 2/3 of Illinois and all of Eastern Missouri for Aquaklear Inc. He is also an EPA Class D Public Water Supply Operator and a Class 4 Wastewater Treatment Works Operator.
