The Eden Council for Hope and Opportunity (ECHO Housing) is a private, non-profit housing counseling agency dedicated to the pursuit of educating persons on their rights and responsibilities with regard to housing.
We provide assistance in the following areas: illegal discrimination in housing; tenant and landlord counseling and dispute resolution; assistance with payment of rent and move-in deposits; and homeownership counseling and classes.
