Kevin A. Mack Esq. Kevin A. Mack attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he received his Bachelor of Arts, in 1980; Bowling Green State University, where he completed his Masters course work in Political Theory; and the University of Dayton School of Law, where he received his law degree,cum laude, in 1984. From 1984 through 1986, Kevin practiced in Dayton, Ohio for a prominent law firm specializing in insurance defense, workers’ compensation and labor law. Kevin’s practice was concentrated in practice before the Federal Courts and Workers Compensation Administrative Bodies. Kevin relocated to Lynchburg, Virginia in 1986 and worked for First Colony Life Insurance Company as Company Counsel and later as Assistant Vice President of their Structured Settlement and Immediate Annuity Department. While at First Colony, Kevin was intimately involved in the development of the Structured Settlement Department and played key roles in the National Structured Settlement Trade Association as Chairman of its Legislation and Regulation and Industry Advisory Committees. In 1992, Kevin took a position as National Director for Travelers Property and Casualty Company, wherein he was responsible for their Structured Settlement Department. In 1997 Kevin resumed practicing law and providing risk management consultations to multi-national companies throughout the country. In 2006, Kevin relocated to Tiffin, Ohio to join as partner of the law firm of Knutson & Mack, LLC. Kevin concentrates his practice in Bankruptcy, Insurance/Reinsurance Matters, Commercial Litigation, and Structured Settlement Transfers in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia. Kevin has significant trial experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation and transactions, workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various aspects of commercial and insurance related litigation.
