Michael Bravo founded Bravo Developments in 1984 after graduating from California Polytechnic State University. He has established himself self among the elite custom home and commercial builders on the Central Coast for over 30 years.
Bravo Developments' specialties range from, remodels and additions, the commercial building industry, which includes construction of new commercial buildings, and tenant improvements. Bravo Developments purchases and developes properties and facilitates the organization of the subdivision process. The subdivision process includes the following: meetings with architects, engineers, building officials, architecture review boards, city and county planners, and the construction of single-family residences. We have an educated staff with a strong back ground in development, planning, architectural design, construction, engineering, cost analysis and permit processing. We can take a project from the beginning to its final stage.
