- Development: The Richman Group and its affiliates are active in the development of a wide range of luxury and affordable residential housing. Richman affiliates have developed more than 19,000 residential units. The firm is capable of delivering the entire development process in-house from site selection through marketing and management, and in some cases construction services. Our expertise with identifying high-quality, well-situated properties with strong market potential and/or a favorable capital structure has been part of our success as a developer. These skills have been combined with a national reputation for our financing creativity.

- Construction: The Richman Group's expertise spans all aspects of the housing industry, including construction services, where the firm has been able to apply in-depth knowledge gained from numerous projects. Our strong relationships with leading partners and our in-depth involvement in the construction process ensure exceptional construction quality and extraordinary value.

- Asset Management: The Richman Group provides asset management services to more than 110 public, private and institutional investment funds. Our nearly 13,000 individual and 88 corporate investors rely on our team approach to asset management to ensure that each of the properties achieves its investment objective. This approach has enabled our funds to achieve a national reputation for high levels of investment performance.

- Property Management: The Richman Group and its affiliates have gained on-the-ground experience from the management of over 100 properties with over 14,000 apartments. Our corporate philosophy is premised upon a commitment to aggressive, proactive property management. Through the design and implementation of standardized procedures and systems utilizing the technological infrastructure of our affiliated companies, we are able to achieve our goals on a portfolio-wide basis.

- Mortgage Banking: RICHMAC Funding LLC and RICHMAC LIHTC Funds are mortgage lenders with a deep bench of talent and resources to underwrite and make loans for market rate and affordable multifamily properties and healthcare facilities.
