Racine Neighborhood Watch, Inc. was founded in 1981 as a result of a community conference called "Racine in the 80's" held at the Siena Center. We began as an all-volunteer organization and still rely heavily on volunteers, but have a paid office staff of three. We are dedicated to working with Racine residents and local law enforcement and other officials to promote crime prevention and advance quality of life in Racine neighborhoods. We have strong partnerships with the Racine Police Department, other law enforcement, and local officials and agencies.
