Almost 4 Decades of perfecting the recruiting model has allowed Tailored Management the right to stand in a class all our own. Started in the late 1960’s as a contingent search firm Tailored Management with our exceptional performance and service philosophy quickly grew into a regional firm with offices in 5 states throughout the mid-west. Shortly thereafter, Tailored Management evolved into a retained executive search firm with specialization in Financial Services, Healthcare & Manufacturing. As in many cases with successful companies, our clients began making requests for services not yet offered through our company which prompted the development of our staffing division. Tailored Management staffing services began in 1988 & started as a PEO with clients throughout the United States and then evolved into a premier temporary & contract staffing firm for small to fortune 100 organizations. Tailored Management’s success has always been predicated on the belief that if we service our clients to the best of our abilities & always do the right thing, the rest will take care of itself. As the needs of our clients changed, Tailored Management expanded our services to offer the types of solutions our clients required to maintain their competitive advantage. Continuing to evolve, Tailored Management began taking on the role of Workforce Partner with a strategy to increase efficiencies and reduce the cost of hiring. In an effort to further service the needs of our clients we began offering Recruitment Process Outsourcing solutions in early 2000 and have steadily grown the division to several service offerings and in 2006 opened our first international location in the Philippines.
