Stone School of Massage offers day and night classes for our potentional students.
Our 500 hour program includes 450 hours of education in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Kinesiology, Business & Ethics, Health & Hygiene, and Hydrotherapy. Our students are supervised with "hands-on" training in Swedish massage. Upon completion of the 450 hours students are entered into the Intern clinic to complete the last 50 hours of the program. SSOM equips our graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet the requirements for licensure through the Texas Department of State Health Services. Graduates of SSOM are prepared to contribute to the health and well being of their clients and to secure positions in a wide range of workplaces, such as: sports or pain management clinics, hospice facilities, Orthopedic & Physical Therapy offices, nursing homes, and Chiropractic offices.
SSOM offers massage therapy and spa treatments to the general public. Our spa treatments are preformed by licensed massage professionals.
